This explains how our online order-request page works.
Your order request
The order page sends your request directly from the website. Submitting a request is not a confirmation, reservation, or payment. We contact you to confirm availability, the final total, and pickup details. The listed subtotal is an estimate for the selected menu items. No card details or online payments are collected.
Information you choose to share
We ask for your name and phone number so we can respond. You may also provide an email address, preferred pickup date, contact preference, and notes. We use this information to handle your request, not to sign you up for marketing.
Submitted requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. The business can access them in its private form inbox and receive them through its configured email notifications. Our hosting, form-handling, and email providers may process technical information such as access logs and IP addresses to operate and protect these services.
On your device, the site stores only the selected item IDs, quantities, and a request reference in session storage, where available. This helps keep your cart when you move between pages in the same browser tab. Your name, phone, email, preferred date, and notes are not stored by our code in browser storage. Your browser may independently offer its own autofill features.
Confirmations and follow-up
The page confirms submission only after the form service responds successfully. This does not mean the kitchen has accepted the order or that an email has reached an inbox. If you receive an error or do not hear back, please call us and quote your reference before resubmitting. Duplicate references should be treated as the same inquiry until reviewed.
WhatsApp notifications are not connected in this version. No WhatsApp messages are automatically sent to you or the business by the website.
Cookies and analytics
Our website code does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, embedded social feeds, or remote font services. The hosting and form providers have their own privacy practices and may use technical protections against spam.
Food images and dietary questions
Food images are generated illustrations from our brand designs, not photographs of our actual servings. Actual presentation may vary. Please ask us about ingredients and preparation before ordering, especially for allergies or other dietary requirements.
